Return Policy - Europe

Find information about the process and cost of returning your order. 

You can return any product within 15 days of your purchase.

In order for us to properly handle your return, please make sure you have taken care of the following,

• The returned product MUST be accompanied by the sales receipt.
• It should not have been washed or used in any way.
• It should be accompanied by all the packaging materials, tags, nylon, etc. that it had when it was delivered to you.

The return is charged with costs. 25€ for orders with a total value of up to €99 or 35€ for orders of higher value. The costs will be deducted from the amount of money we will refund to you.

If you wish to receive a refund, you will need to provide us with the IBAN number and the beneficiary of the bank account in writing via email. sales@gofishome.grThe refund will be made within 10 calendar days of receipt of your return.
