1. Shipping by ACS courier to all Greece:

Free for orders over 79€ . With a charge of 2,90€ for orders up to 79€.

2. Shipment by ACS courier, payment by cash on delivery:

Free for orders over 79€ . With a charge of 4,90€ for orders up to 79€.

3. Receipt from the service station. You can pick up your order
from the service station located at 14th km Thessaloniki Polygyros 57001 Thermi (opposite SEDES). Your order will be reserved and available for pickup after we contact you and for a period of up to 5 calendar days.

4. For heavy-volume products, such as carpets, the transport is done by a transport company.

MEANS OF RETURN

You can return, within 15 days of your purchase, any product free of charge without any other obligation. The return costs are borne by us and the return is carried out by ACS courier.

The return product is REQUIRED to be accompanied by the retail receipt or delivery note if you issued an invoice.

It should not have been washed or used in any way. It must be accompanied by all the packaging materials, tags, nylon, etc. that it had when it was delivered to you.

If you wish to receive a refund, you will need to notify us in writing of the IBAN number of your bank account by emailing sales@gofishome.gr The refund will be processed within 10 calendar days of receipt of your refund.
