For products of heavy weight/volume, such as rugs, shipping is carried out via DHL or EMS (International Express Mail Service).

RETURNS Europe
You may return any product within 15 days from your purchase.
For the refund, you will need to provide us in writing at the email:
sales@gofishome.gr the IBAN number as well as the account holder’s name.
DHL will collect your return. The return is charged with a fee of €25 for orders with a total value up to €99 or €35 for higher value orders. The fee will be deducted from the amount we refund to you.
Important for returns
To properly process your return, please make sure of the following:
The returned product MUST be accompanied by the sales receipt.
It must not have been washed or used in any way. It must be accompanied by all packaging materials, tags, plastic bags, etc., that were included upon delivery.
